The Yoga of Discriminating the Field and the Knower of the Field
Others, however, without knowing this,
Worship it, having heard (of these things) from others;
And they too, taking refuge in what they have heard,
Cross beyond death also.
any tv evam ajānantaḥ
some, however, thus not knowing,
hearing from others, they worship,
the ‘pi cātitaranty eva
they also cross beyond
death (what they) hear devoted to.
Yet others, not knowing this,
Worship, having heard it from others,
And they also cross beyond death,
Devoted to what they have heard.
