The Blessed One said:
Those who, fixing their minds on me,
Worship me with constant discipline and supreme faith,
These I consider the most accomplished in yoga.
mayyāveśya manao ye mām
on me fixing the mind who me
nityayuktā upāsate
those who are eternally steadfast they worship,
śraddhayā parayāopetās
with faith supreme endowed,
te me yuktatamā matāh
they to me the most devoted thought to be.
The Blessed Lord spoke:
Those who are eternally steadfast, who worship Me,
Fixing their minds on Me,
Endowed with supreme faith;
I consider them to be the most devoted to Me.
I consider those best yoked to me who put their hearts in me, attending me always so yoked, completely faithful.
The Blessed Lord said:
Those who love and revere me
with unwavering faith, always
centering their minds on me—
they are the most perfect in yoga
Those who set their hearts on me
and worship me with unfailing devotion
and faith are more established in yoga.
